如组态不规范。在生产中调节器的组态有变化，但应用软件组态只增加不减少，形成很多无效数据，而系统运行时仍在读取这些数据，如果网络上根本没有这些数据就会造成网络堵塞。最好的办法就是删除无效数据对组态进行优化。
