切刀的动作是由伺服放大器控制的,通过程序实测得知需要接收17173个脉冲转半圈(刀是双刃)。切刀转速问题:实际上只需要找到传送带最高转速时对应的切刀转速,它们之间保持等比例关系即可实现面条的无堆积。通过现场实测,在传送带转速达到最高时,切刀伺服接收的脉冲频率为90KHz效果最佳。
